We use our expertise to design and implement personalised exercise programs that improve overall health, enhance physical performance, and aid in the management of chronic diseases or medical conditions.

We offer a range of services to assist in the rehabilitation of metabolic issues, mental health, musculoskeletal, cardiopulmonary and neurological disorders. If you are in the Lake Macquarie, Central coast or Newcastle area, we are here to assist you in your journey back to full health.

One on One

Work closely with a fitness professional to achieve your goals. Within these sessions, you will receive personalised attention, expert guidance, and exercise programming specific to your goals and likes.

Semi-Private

Small groups of up to five people, allowing you to exercise alongside supportive, fun and uplighting individuals while having a program designed to suit your individual needs. Our coaches are highly trained to develop programs for all levels of fitness with our strength based classes.

We have different training blocks depending where your starting point is. We will have a sit down chat with you to determine the best starting point for you and how we can help you get the best out of our programs.

Sport-specific to increase your overall strength, power, and endurance to enhance performance and reduce injury risks. We provide tailed programming with a large emphasis on technique and movement execution to ensure exercise safety and transition into sporting performance.


Nutrition

We provide support, guidance, nutrition education and macronutrient templates tailored to you and your goals. We provide education surrounding the benefits of healthy eating and how to track and monitor your nutrition to increase adherence in a way that suits your lifestyle.
